Is this safe? You need access to my account?

We use secure, temporary access methods specific to each platform. For most platforms, we use API access or read-only session tokens. We never store your credentials, and you can change your password immediately after we deliver your archive. We're happy to discuss the process for your specific platform before you commit.

Why can't I just download them myself?

You can! But most platforms only let you download one licence certificate at a time. If you have 10,000 assets, that's 10,000 individual clicks — about 2.8 hours of clicking. Our automated tools do it in minutes.

What format do I get?

You receive a ZIP archive organized by platform. Each licence certificate is in whatever format the platform provides (typically PDF). We also include a CSV index mapping assets to download dates.

Do I really need my licence certificates?

If you use stock assets commercially — yes. Subscriptions expire, accounts get banned, platforms change terms or shut down. Your licence certificates are your only proof that you had the right to use those images. Without them, even a single copyright claim can cost $750–$150,000 per image under US law.

What if my platform isn't listed?

Contact us! We're actively adding new platforms. If your platform provides licence certificates or download history, we can likely support it.

How long does it take?

Most orders are delivered within 24 hours. Very large libraries (50,000+ assets) may take up to 48 hours. We'll keep you updated on progress.
